Anxiety & Self-Esteem
Learning to trust yourself again.
Anxiety isn't just worry. It's the background hum that never quite goes off — the sense that something is about to go wrong, that you're not enough, that you need to earn your place in the room. Therapy helps you understand where that voice came from, and what it's really trying to protect.

- Persistent worry, overthinking, or mental chatter
- Perfectionism and the fear of failure
- People-pleasing and difficulty saying no
- Low self-worth or chronic self-criticism
- Social anxiety and fear of judgment
How I approach it
I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you notice the patterns that anxiety creates, understand the beliefs beneath them, and gradually build a different relationship with yourself — one that isn't run by fear.
