Hi, I'm Trisha.
I work with people who want to slow down and make sense of what's shaped them — not to relive it, but to understand it differently.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens not through fixing yourself, but through being genuinely seen. I create a space where that can happen — one where curiosity replaces judgment, and understanding replaces pressure.
Background & Training
I completed my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and hold RCI registration, which means I am trained and licensed to assess and treat psychological conditions across the lifespan.
My practice draws on evidence-based modalities — not as a fixed formula, but as different lenses suited to different moments and people.
Understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are linked and reshaping unhelpful patterns.
Exploring deep-rooted beliefs formed in childhood that continue to drive your responses today.
Building distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Resolving ambivalence and strengthening your own reasons for change.
How I work
Curious, not directive
I don't come with an agenda. I follow your lead, asking questions that help you find your own clarity rather than handing you someone else's answers.
Relational and warm
The relationship between us matters as much as the techniques. Therapy works when you feel genuinely safe — and I work hard to create that.
At your pace
There's no rush here. We move at a pace that feels right for you — sometimes slow, sometimes surprising, always in your hands.
Curious if we'd work well together?
